Your order is specifically made for you, and therefore we cannot accept returns or refunds of personalized products. If, however, there is an issue with your print order due to damage or print quality, please contact us within 30days of placing your order so this may be rectified as soon as possible. Orders past 30days will be deemed accepted as is.
